About Diyana Sidheeg

Diyana Sidheeg is an Indian undergraduate student at National College (affiliated to the University of Kerala) in Thiruvananthapuram, India, where she studies social work, social policy and psychology. In her free time, she loves to watch documentaries, read fiction and nonfiction and try her hand at new skills like photography and AI. Diyana is excited to be a Doha Debates ambassador because she wishes to learn more about how to empower people through negotiations and effectively implement policies for a better world. She would also like to learn how to take an empathetic and accepting approach to conversations with people of differing opinions. Diyana looks forward to interacting with a new network of global peers and engaging in new experiences through the program.
