About Shalom Adedeji

Shalom Adedeji is a registered nurse in a government hospital in her home country of Nigeria. She studied nursing at Lagos University Teaching Hospital in Lagos, Nigeria. In her free time, she loves reading, listening to podcasts and meeting new people. Shalom is excited to be a Doha Debates ambassador because the program will improve her empathy skills and help her value diverse opinions. Also, as an aspiring researcher in the health policy field, an ambassadorship will allow her to effectively gather, analyze and communicate data that reflects stakeholders’ views, thereby enabling her to draw insightful conclusions.
