Joycelyn Longdon, England
"I feel very proud to be part of Gen Z, and I think we've been forced to become these people because — who else can we push these issues to? It's on us."
Joycelyn Longdon is a Cambridge Ph.D. student and founder of Climate in Colour, an educational platform with accessible climate change resources that incorporate social justice. Joycelyn founded the platform after being accepted to her postgraduate program, so she could share what she’s learning in her studies. Her interdisciplinary research approach looks for ways to apply AI to climate change solutions, like incorporating Indigenous knowledge into algorithms.
