Changing the climate of environmental racism

S2 E2 43 MINS

The second episode of this season’s #DearWorldLive explored the complex relationship between the climate crisis, with guests Ian Daniel, who made the film There’s Something in the Water with actor Ellen Page, and Vanessa Nakate, a Ugandan climate activist. Host Nelufar Hedayat led an engaging conversation unpacking the term environmental racism and what it means in the global north and global south, and Ian and Vanessa offer ideas on how to achieve climate justice. Watch the show on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Twitch, and join us on Monday, November 9, for a #DearWorldLive episode on protest art.
