About Aviselle Diaz

Aviselle Diaz is the engagement producer at Doha Debates, where she shapes how content connects with audiences across digital platforms. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, she has strong ties to Latin America, the United States and the SWANA region. Supported by Qatar Foundation International, she studied Arabic and completed her high school education in Jordan, an experience that inspired her dedication to cross-cultural exchange and dialogue. Drawing on her multilingual and international background, Aviselle’s previous work focused on education and nonprofit initiatives. She earned a Bachelor of Science in foreign service from Georgetown University, including a semester at Georgetown University in Qatar, and completed a Master’s in Arab studies at Georgetown University’s Center for Contemporary Arab Studies (CCAS). Her commitment to fostering cross-cultural dialogue continues to guide her work at Doha Debates and beyond.
