About Hilya Indongo

Hilya Indongo is a Namibian distance graduate student at the University of Bath in the United Kingdom. Hilya holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and is pursuing a masters in the same field, focusing on econometric analysis, math and statistics as well as macro- and microeconomics. In her free time, she loves dancing, writing on her blog and reading. Hilya is excited to be a Doha Debates ambassador because of the opportunity to participate in and facilitate difficult conversations about issues that affect the world. She looks forward to learning to navigate and help solve real-life global problems, and the opportunity to connect with some of the brightest minds of her generation.
