About Samar Younes

Samar Younes is a Beirut-born polymath, quantum culture artist, futurist, theorist and the founder of SAMARITUAL, a multidisciplinary creative studio in New York City at the crossroads of art, craft, fashion, design and culture. She is the creator of Quantum Craft™, a methodology integrating artificial, artisanal, ancestral and ecological intelligence systems to create cultural interventions that operate outside institutional blind spots. An international speaker and educator, Younes mentors at NEW INC, the New Museum’s cultural incubator, and served as a juror for the Frame Awards 2023. Trained in architecture at ALBA in Beirut and scenography at Central Saint Martins, London, she is currently based in Brooklyn and Beirut.
